The first meeting of the Organizational Design Journey took place on August 4th, at Campinas Connectory, as part of a series of events focused on current leadership issues and organizational practices, with the aim of unraveling taboos and presenting real examples. In this edition, the focus was on positive leadership, addressing issues such as responsible dismissal and corporate culture. 💡
Under the mediation of Fernando Matsunaga, Technology and Innovation Manager at Bosch Brazil, we had the inspiring participation of Lucy Nunes, founder of Prepara.me, Vanessa Almada Greco, HR Business Partner at Bosch Brazil, and Edison Besseler, responsible for organizational development in the Powertrain division of Bosch Brazil. This meeting offered enriching insights to all participants!
